Vegan Sweet Onion Dip
1 large red onion
1/4 cup soaked raw cashew
2 TBS filtered water
1 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp paprika
2. Slice the onion length ways into thin pieces and spread over foil lined tray
3. Put into oven for 30 mins until soft, some will brown a little
4. Put all other ingredients into a blender and add the onions when done
5. Blend together until the consistency is smooths and creamy
6. Put aside to cool, refrigerate to thicken
