It has a great atmosphere for both adults and children, offering live music, local stallholders with homemade goodies, fresh farm produce, specialty foods and more.
My usual Saturday mornings start with Dad and I visiting the Subiaco Station Market for groceries, then to the Farmers Market to get specialty food items.
A few months ago I attended one of their raw workshops, I found it to be highly informative, especially for people who are looking to transition into a more alternative way of eating.
Plant and flower stalls set up with pots of wonderful items for your own garden. I bought my blueberry plant from here, and they are producing the cutest tiny plump berries right now. Bread and baked good stalls are full of gluten free items, sweet treats, specialty products. A superfood stall sits opposite the Little Shop of Plenty, selling nutrient dense, powerhouse items, a honey shop further down with wonderful infused flavoured honey such as rose, cinnamon and star anise. There are several stalls offering organic meats and fish as well as dairy products, so overall there's something for everyone. For a full of stalls each week, click here.
It's a wonderful way to spend a spare Saturday morning - relaxing, exploring and being surrounded by all this wonderful wholesomeness, supporting the local community!
