Crunchy Raw Cranberry Cinnamon Balls
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/3 cup walnuts (soaked 6hrs)
1/3 cup cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
6 medijool dates
2 TBS raw honey
1 TBS coconut oil
1 tsp lucuma
1/2 vanilla essence
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2. Scoop a spoonful into your hand and roll into a ball
3. Put in the fridge for an hour or two and then enjoy!
