Cherry Tomato Marinara
3 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sundried tomato
2 cloves garlic
2 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pepper
handful of fresh basil leaves
1 yellow onion
2 TBS nutritional yeast
2. Dice the onion into small pieces, in a saucepan heat up some olive oil and sauté the onion. Turn the heat to low and cover for around 10 mins so soften and cook the onions
3. Add in the tomato sauce and nutritional yeast and stir for another 5 mins to warm it all up
4. Serve hot or let it cool down, then put into a jar and refrigerate for later
